GETTING STARTED
Welcome to our online training platform. To begin, create a free account by clicking the "Sign Up" button located in the upper right corner of the page. Fill in your personal details (first name, last name, email) and choose a secure password. You can also sign up using your Google or Microsoft account to streamline the process.
Once registered, browse our course catalog to find the training that meets your needs. Each course listing details the content, estimated duration, skills acquired, and price. To purchase a course, click "Add to Cart" and proceed through the secure credit card checkout.
After your purchase, access your personal dashboard by clicking your name in the navigation bar. The dashboard displays all your active courses, your progress, earned certificates, and billing information. It is your central hub for managing your entire learning experience.
NAVIGATING YOUR COURSE
Each course is organized into sections and lessons. Sections group lessons by theme, and each lesson covers a specific topic. You must complete lessons in the established order, as each lesson builds on the knowledge gained in previous ones. The progress bar at the top of the page indicates your overall advancement.
Lessons come in different formats: illustrated readings with diagrams and photos, demonstration videos filmed by professionals, and guided practical sessions where you reproduce the techniques on your manikin. Each format is designed to progressively strengthen your understanding and skills.
To track your progress, check the lesson list in the side menu. Completed lessons are marked with a green checkmark, lessons in progress with a partially filled circle, and lessons not yet started remain grayed out. You can return to any previously completed lesson to review the content as many times as you wish.
QUIZZES & EVALUATIONS
Evaluations are integrated at the end of each section to verify your understanding of the material. The passing score is set at 80%. Quizzes include multiple-choice questions, true-or-false questions, and scenario-based questions. Each question is accompanied by a detailed explanation that is displayed after you submit your answer.
You have a maximum of 10 attempts to pass each quiz. If you do not pass, we recommend reviewing the corresponding lessons before trying again. After each attempt, a detailed summary shows you which questions you answered correctly and which ones need improvement, allowing you to focus your review on weak areas.
If you exhaust your 10 attempts without reaching the passing score, please contact our support team. We will evaluate your situation individually and can offer additional attempts or personalized guidance to help you master the material.
PRACTICAL SESSIONS
Practical sessions are an essential component of your training. They allow you to reproduce CPR and first aid techniques in a controlled environment at home. For these sessions, you will need a CPR manikin (adult and/or child depending on the course) and a training defibrillator if your course requires it.
Each practical session is guided by a demonstration video that you can pause, rewind, and rewatch as many times as necessary. The instructor first demonstrates the complete technique, then guides you step by step while you reproduce it. Minimum practice durations are required for each skill to ensure sufficient proficiency.
Make sure you have a clear floor space of approximately 2 meters by 2 meters to comfortably set up your manikin. Wear flexible clothing and keep the necessary supplies listed in your course materials close at hand. A stopwatch (your phone timer works well) is useful for maintaining proper compression timing.
CERTIFICATES
Once all lessons, quizzes, and practical sessions are successfully completed, your certificate is generated automatically. You can download it immediately from your dashboard in PDF format. The certificate includes your full name, the course title, the date of issue, and a unique certification number that allows your employer or regulatory body to verify its authenticity.
Certificates are valid for three years from the date of issue, in accordance with national emergency care guidelines. We will send you automatic email reminders at 90 days, 60 days, 30 days, and 7 days before your certificate expires so you can plan your renewal in a timely manner.
To renew your certification, you will need to complete the corresponding renewal course, which is generally shorter than the initial training. The renewal focuses on protocol updates and essential skills practice. Your new certificate will replace the previous one with a new three-year validity period.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Our platform is compatible with the following modern browsers: Google Chrome (version 90 and above), Mozilla Firefox (version 90 and above), Safari (version 14 and above), and Microsoft Edge (version 90 and above). We recommend always using the latest available version of your browser for the best experience.
A stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps is recommended for smooth video playback of training videos. If your connection is slower, videos will automatically adapt to a lower resolution. The platform is also accessible on smartphones and tablets through your device's web browser, without requiring a native application.
For video playback, make sure JavaScript is enabled in your browser and pop-ups are not blocked for our domain. If you encounter video playback issues, try clearing your browser cache or switching to private browsing mode. Our technical support team is available to assist you with any persistent difficulties.
PAYMENT & BILLING
We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment partner Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and comply with PCI DSS standards. You will receive a receipt by email immediately after your purchase.
For group purchases or corporate orders, we offer a reduced rate starting from 3 enrollments. Organizations can manage their employees' enrollments directly from their organizational account, track each participant's progress, and download team certificates in bulk.
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the course has not been completed beyond 25%. To request a refund, contact our support team with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and credited to the card used at the time of purchase.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
To update your personal information, go to the "Profile" section of your dashboard. You can update your name, address, phone number, and profile photo there. Note that the name on your profile will be the name printed on your certificates, so make sure it is accurate.
To change your email address, go to your account's security settings. A verification email will be sent to your new address to confirm the change. If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login page to receive a reset link.
If you manage an organizational account, you can add or remove team members, assign purchased courses, and track each participant's progress. Organization administrators have access to a dedicated dashboard with detailed reports on completion rates and certificate expiration dates.
