THE THEORY
Theoretical content is organized into progressive learning blocks, each covering a specific topic: adult cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), child and infant CPR, automated external defibrillator (AED) use, airway management, medical and traumatic first aid, and much more depending on the course selected.
Each block is presented as interactive readings accompanied by clear illustrations, anatomical diagrams, and explanatory photographs. The material is written in accessible language, designed to be understood by both healthcare professionals and the general public, without sacrificing scientific rigor.
Topics progress logically from foundational concepts to advanced techniques. Each block builds upon the knowledge acquired in the previous one, creating a coherent and structured learning pathway. This step-by-step pedagogical approach ensures solid and lasting comprehension of essential concepts.

PRACTICAL SESSIONS

Our innovative method shows you how to create your own CPR practice mannequin using everyday household objects that are easily accessible. Detailed video animations, produced by certified instructors, demonstrate each technique with precision: hand positioning, depth and rhythm of chest compressions, rescue breaths, AED use, and airway clearing maneuvers.
The system enforces a minimum practice time for each technique to ensure you have repeated the movements enough to retain them. You cannot skip practical sessions or rush through them — this rigor ensures that every graduate has genuinely practiced lifesaving techniques to an adequate standard.
Our mobile app is also available to assist you during your practice sessions. It offers a CPR metronome calibrated to the recommended compression rate, full-screen demonstration videos, and tracking of your completed practice sessions.
THE EVALUATIONS
At the end of each learning block, you take a multiple-choice test to validate your understanding of the material. The passing score is set at 80%, ensuring that you have a solid grasp of the content before moving on to the next block.
You have up to 10 attempts per evaluation. Each attempt generates a new set of questions from our extensive question bank, encouraging you to thoroughly master all the content rather than memorize specific answers. A "Need a hint?" button is available for each question to guide you without giving away the answer directly.
Results are displayed immediately after each attempt, with detailed explanations for both correct and incorrect answers. This instant feedback turns every evaluation into an additional learning opportunity, allowing you to understand your mistakes and strengthen your knowledge.
The maximum duration is 60 minutes per test, but most evaluations are completed much more quickly. If you do not pass, you can review the corresponding theoretical material before trying again, ensuring steady progress toward success.
THE CERTIFICATION
Once you have successfully completed all theoretical modules, all practical sessions, and all evaluations, your official certificate is generated automatically. It is immediately available for download in PDF format from your personal dashboard.
The certificate displays your full name, the exact title of the completed training, the date of issue, and a unique certification number. This number allows your employer or any institution to verify the authenticity of your certificate through our online digital verification system.
Depending on the course completed, certifications are valid for a period of 2 to 3 years. The validity period is clearly indicated on your certificate. Our certifications are nationally recognized by employers, healthcare facilities, daycare centers, educational institutions, and community organizations.
Before your certificate expires, you will receive automatic reminders at 90 days, 60 days, 30 days, and 7 days. Renewal courses are available in condensed format, allowing you to renew your certification quickly and easily, entirely online.
